Marcela work has been recognized internationally at the Intercoiffure Mondial Performance in Paris. She represented the country of Brazil as its junior stylist at the Guillaume Foundation in Paris. Marcela furthered her proficiency in colouring, cutting and updos at The Wella Academy in Rome, Italy. She is a graduate of Jacques Janine/Fernando Alves Hair School, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her work has appeared in hair fashion magazines in Brazil: Cabelos & Cia, Fios de Cabelo and Hair Brasil Journal. Marcela added makeup artistry to her skills, graduating from Artists Within School of Make-up in Calgary.
